Bloody Mary

1.5 oz. Ketel One® Vodka

3 oz. Ketel One Bloody Mary Base*

*Ketel One Bloody Mary Base:

1L Tomato juice
4 oz. Lemon juice
4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
5 tbsp. Horseradish
3 Dashes Worcestershire sauce
7-10 Dashes hot sauce

 

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a celery stalk, olive, or lemon wedge.

 

 

Ultimate Apple Martini

1 oz. Ketel One® Vodka

1 oz. sour apple liqueur

1 splash sweet and sour mix

2 slices Granny Smith apple

 

Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Serve straight up in a martini glass. Garnish with two Granny Smith apple slices.

 

 

 

Old Fashioned

1.5 oz. Ketel One® Vodka

1 orange slice

2 maraschino cherries

1 sugar cube

2 dashes Angostura bitters

club or lemon lime soda

 

Place orange slice, cherries and sugar cube in bottom of rocks glass. Soak sugar cube with bitters. Lightly muddle until sugar is mixed with fruit. Add Ketel One Vodka and stir. Top with club soda or lemon lime soda. Garnish with an orange twist and brandied cherries.

 

Daylight

1.5 oz. Ketel One® Vodka

1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

1 oz. fresh orange juice

0.5 oz. rosemary maple simple syrup*

 

*Rosemary Maple Simple Syrup

16 oz. Grade B maple syrup, 4 oz. water, 9 rosemary sprigs. Bring maple syrup and water to a boil, add rosemary, remove from heat, cool, strain.

Build in wine glass over ice. Stir for 10 seconds. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a dusting of cracked black pepper.

 

Wild Strawberry Film

1.25 oz. Ketel One® Vodka

3-4 strawberries

0.5 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

1/3 oz. simple syrup

2 dashes orange bitters

egg white (optional)

 

Muddle strawberries and simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Squeeze the oils from a lemon peel across the surface of the drink, and then discard peel. Garnish with a strawberry slice and mint leaf.
