Perfect Manhattan

• 2 Ounces Knob Creek
• ½ Ounce Sweet Vermouth
• ½ Ounce Dry Vermouth
• Dash of Aromatic Bitters
• Maraschino Cherry

Combine the Knob Creek, vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass.  Swirl with ice to chill.  Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.

New Fashioned

• 1 Ounce Knob Creek
• ½ Ounce Amaretto
• ¼ Ounce Simple Syrup
• 3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
• 1 orange peel

In a shaker with ice, stir in all the ingredients.  Strain into rocks glass to serve neat and chilled.  Garnish with the orange peel.

Boulevardia

• 1 ½ Ounces Knob Creek
• 1 Ounce Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Ounce Campari
• 1 Orange twist

In a mixing glass, combine all the ingredients.  Add ice, then stir vigorously for 30 seconds.  Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.
