- 3 oz. Tincup Whiskey
- ½ to 1 oz. simple syrup (or to taste)
- Club Soda to fill
- Garnish: Seasonal fruit or orange and lemon slices with a cherry
In an old-fashioned glass or wine glass, fill with crushed ice, add the whiskey and simply syrup. Stir well and top with soda, if desired. Add the fruit garnishes, skewered or on top.
- 2 oz. Tincup Whiskey
- ¼ to ½ oz. simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- ¼ to ½ oz. Grand Marnier
- Lemon twist
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
JOHN COLLINS WHISKEY HIGHBALL
- 1 ½ oz. Tincup Whiskey
- 1 oz. juice of a fresh lemon
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. club soda
Maraschino cherry and orange slice garnish
Pour Tincup Whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup into a Collins glass filled with ice. Stir thoroughly and top with club soda. Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.
