Hot Bean Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 – 8oz package of cream cheese – Softened
- 1 can Hormel Chili with Beans
- Finely shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Spread cream cheese on a plate or shallow dish. Heat Chili with beans and pour over cream cheese. Top with finely shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips!
Optional Toppings: sliced black olives, green onions (or any toppings you prefer)
Warm Pimento Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
1 – 8oz package reduced-fat cream cheese – softened
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
kosher salt
pepper
1 jar pimentos or roasted peppers – drained
6oz Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6oz Shredded pepper jack cheese
2 scallions- sliced
potato chips, pita chips or bread, or celery sticks
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Fold in the pimientos, Cheddar, Jack cheese, and scallions.
Transfer the mixture to a shallow 2-cup baking dish and bake until bubbling and light golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes. Serve with chips, pita, and celery, if desired.
