Cajun Pot Roast – Slow Cooker

  • 1 pkg (9-10oz) bag frozen corn (no need to thaw)
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes (do not drain)
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1  teaspoon Pickapeppa Sauce

Rub entire surface (both sides) of the meat with the Cajun seasoning.  Place roast in slow cooker.  Top with corn, onion and bell pepper.

In small bowl, combine tomatoes, salt & pepper, Pickapeppa Sauce; mix well.  Pour over vegetables and roast.  Cook on low 8 – 10 hours.

Serve this over noodles or you can put the meat in flour tortilla shells.
